Dante, a seasoned and acclaimed journalist, invites the aspiring reporter, Cydel, to his office so he can introduce her to the news business. Lesson number one: she needs to join him on his office couch to get better acquainted. She resolves to teach him a lesson in the art of fighting, a field in which she's much more accomplished than he is.
Ryan and Gunner enjoy going to sporting events and drawing attention to themselves. At a football game, Gunner reveals to Ryan that some other fans wanted to see them have a fight. This strikes a chord in her. A challenge rises up very quickly, and they decide to settle it in the privacy of their home.
Mai shows up at the gym for a private, quiet workout, but is harassment by a pair of males, Gunner and Ryker. Fed up, she declares that if they can beat her in a fight, they can have her. This seems like an easy task to the guys, until the action starts.

Jason hires Sarah as a tutor. Once he reaches his educational goal, they realize they also share a common interest in fighting. She becomes his tutor in that department as well, training hin on how to properly conduct a fight with a woman.
Jewell, a school teacher, is working late, when "the Intruder," Victor, suddenly appears. He's become aware that she's in a women's underground fighting club, and he proposes that she might qualify to enter the high-paying world of underground, mixed fighting. There's just one catch: she has to get "past him" first. Jewell accepts the challenge and the two waste no time getting down to business.
Chad is taken aback by Goldie's gym wear. He boldly comments on it, which in turn, offends her. The difference between them is that when Goldie has a dispute, she likes to get physical. She launches into Chad, which attracts the attention of others working out. Their heckling only makes her angrier, which is bad news for Chad.
Gavin invites showgirl candidate, Shauna, over to his apartment. Pointing to his bed, he indicates that if she wants a spot in his chorus line, she knows what she needs to do. Her response--demonstrating her high kicks on his head.
