Las ayudas empleadas para estos ejercicios son las piernas y unas espuelas de pequeña estrella con puntas no afiladas, muy suaves, no utiliza la fusta . Satélite es un super caballo de doma. En una fría y soleada mañana de invierno "Spanish Lady", Sonia Palop, entrena su caballo "Orfeo IX" en ejercicios de doma clásica -dressage- nivel Grand Prix . Inicia con una preparación en trote levantado para "conectar" y calentar la musculatura de "Orfeo IX" y seguidamente realiza enlazados los diferentes ejercicios. En el día de hoy ha conseguido tener el caballo "Orfeo IX" más conectado y moviéndose con soltura, buena elasticidad, impulsión, y muy activo. "Orfeo IX" es un caballo muy fuerte , de expresión poderosa y brillante, y
una altura de 1.74 m. a la cruz . Las ayudas principales son las piernas y unas simples espuelas de contacto, también son imprescindibles unas buenas botas de cuero y un buen legging con cuero . Los guantes son también de cuero antideslizantes.
