Natascha Forest (Part 2 of 3)
Now we reached the location in that beautiful autumn forest where I can start my dressage lesson. Rasputin is doing his lesson well. In this lesson I do some trotting and galloping as well as some work from the ground.

Carmen riding Buck
As long as Buck is vigorous enough we also try to canter! Yet, he isn't already strong enough to keep up for long, but he does his best. To end the lesson we do some more stretching exercises and then go back to the stable.

Solange Buck noch Energie hat versuchen wir es noch mit einem Galopp! Er ist noch nicht stark genug um lange durchzuhalten, gibt sich aber Mühe. Zum Abschluss noch ein paar Dehnungsübugen und dann ab in den Stall.

Beautiful Natascha is riding her Arabian Horse dressage in autumn forest. First you can see very nice how I am getting Rasputin ready for the ride. Than we are moving to the location in the beautiful autumn forest where we can start our dressage lessons. First Rasputin is not willing to move the way I would like, but later he is doing his lesson well.

Carmen riding Buck
To get Buck use his hind legs we do smaller turns, sitting out in trot and moving sideways. The backing-up still doesn't work so well.

Um Buck zum Arbeiten mit der Hinterhand zu bringen machen wir nun kleinere Wendungen, Aussitzen im Trab und Seitengänge. Das Rückwärtsrichten gelingt noch immer nicht so gut.

Carmen on tour
Today I went outside for a nice ride with Buck. We had to walk up and down very steep paths. But thanks to the cold weather Buck was very willing to get going. Sometimes even a bit too much...
Heute machte ich mit Buck einen schönen Ausritt. Wir mussten sehr steile Wege runter und wieder hinauf. Aber dank dem kalten Wetter war Buck voller Bewegungsdrang. Manchmal sogar ein wenig zu viel des Guten..

Carmen riding Buck
To warm up I ride bending exercises like slalom and walking sideways. They're most useful to get Buck moving and more agile. A first try to make him backup is not yet very satisying...
Zum Aufwärmen reite ich Biegeübungen. Slalomreiten und Seitwärtsteten sind am besten um Buck beweglich zu machen. Ein erster Versuch Rückwärtstreten gelingt noch nicht ganz...
