Kjersten has a large ranch in Panama with lots of great places to ride. She own her own horses too. In this clip , she rides a young Peruvian Paso Fino . He has not fully acquired his proper gait but he is full of youthful enthusiasm. She has to control him a little bit. Kjersten rides on a handmade Colombian style saddle. She starts out working him hard while he is fresh with galloping and fast trot with tight turns. As he tires she rides down by the river in the shade and takes in the scenery.. She gives a short interview in English talking about the ranch and her horses

Wenona Beach Ride 1.1

Wenona came down to Panama to ride in the exotic locations they have there. Here she rides on a beach on the Pacific Ocean with waves crashing. A beach is one of the best locations for riding clips. The background is in constant motion, the sound of the surf is soothing and the sand is soft so if you fall you won\'t get hurt. This horse was a bit tired from a long ride to get to the beach so Wenona has to kick it a lot to get it to trot. After all while she loses patience and gets a thin wood switch from a tree and that gets him moving.

Kjersten River Ranch Ride 1.3

This clip is one of the jewels of my riding clip collection. There are a lot of interesting things going on here. First of all we have a skilled rider on a handsome horse. The location is exotic since it was shot in the foothills of mountains in Panama. There is a lot of lush tropical forest and clear running streams. The first part of the video is an informal horseback tour conducted by Kjersten - our lady rider - of her impressive hacienda – Three River Ranch. We ride through her property accompanied by two of her German Shepherd dogs who provide much amusement by constantly trying to herd the horse by nipping at his ankles.

The second part of the video can be considered hard riding with a very different twist. This 3 year old Paso Fino gelding has never bathed in the river and Kjersten has to force him to enter the water. The task is made even harder due to the fact that there are many small fish in the crystal-clear water that like to bite any land animal that invades their domain. This videographer happened to be in Panama on assignment to do underwater videography in the Pacific Ocean and had his underwater video housing along. The clarity of the water provided the perfect opportunity to film horseback riding from an underwater perspective – something that has not been frequently done. The aforementioned fish also chose to nibble on the photographer who was only clad in a swimsuit and I can say that I can see why this horse was uncomfortable entering the river.

Kjersten had to make many attempts to force her mount – Sol – to enter and remain in the water. With her firm use of her heels and reins she succeeded in compelling him to go in at least to his belly and gradually he became accustomed to the feeling of it and relaxed – as the video shows. You will see both split screen and full underwater shots of the action. This makes this video a truly unique piece of work.

We are back after a 30 day filming expedition to Panama. We have lots of pretty riding girls, exotic, tropical locations, fine horses etc to show you. Stephanie is a 20 year old beauty from Boquete who rides a white Arabian mare very well. You will see some good galloping and trotting. Take in the glorious vistas of thew high mountain scenery and cloud forest typical of the region. The video was shot using the typical pass-by shot plus some horse-to-horse filming. because of the increased amount of motion involved when filming while riding, those with slower download speeds should allow the clip to download completely before viewing it.

Horse Drifters 1 - It is not advisable for horses standing around when Sonja and Vera are on the way. Sonja is capturing the first one for having some fun on green corner (ca.12 min). Vera is getting another other one. The sun is shining very hot and after some riding together (ca. 8 min) they doff t-shirts. In the mood for little race ?

Meggie demonstrates her skills on full size horse using Western saddle. Her outfit is cowboy hat, plaid shirt and very short mini skirt. There is a lot of \"bouncing\" going on too. The location is a riding arena on a beautiful spring day.You have seen her in bareback pony riding where there are many limitations. Here she can really show you how well she can ride. this is an HD clip but not too large if you have an average high speed connection

This clip is in the same class as my rearing video and the dressage video. You can find many videos on the net of jumping competitions but you find a lot fewer where you can get up close and personal footage . We are right up next the the jump with no crowds, no helmet and no other distractions. The horse is a world-class Hanoverian warm blood used in Olympic competition that is worth than my house! The rider is a professional female riding instructor with an impressive history of competition and a former model herself. The location is a fancy stable in Palm Beach Florida and we were blessed with perfect riding weather. All of this was at our disposal to bring you a very intimate look at the world of super-talented riding. There is spur and riding crop use but only at the levels one would expect with a superbly trained animal and professional female rider.
